Due to the nature of data recovery, our technicians may need to perform physical work on the media, data, or equipment provided.
Therefore, the client acknowledges:


a) The media, data, or equipment may already be damaged or corrupted.
b) Data recovery efforts may result in further damage to the media, data, or equipment.
c) Opening the disk for internal work may void the manufacturer warranty if prior approval was not obtained from the manufacturer.
d) We handle, store, and process media with utmost care using scientific methods but data recovery may not be always possible.
e) We’ll safeguard your data as we do our own, ensuring confidentiality against unauthorized disclosure.
f) If the data / disk is encrypted, client must provide the necessary decryption information.
g) We are not responsible for keeping your data/device for more than 7 days. If not collected within this timeframe,
h) The device will be either scrapped or donated, and no compensation will be provided.
i) Data will be made available only after full payment is received.
j) We do not accept cheque payments or payments in installments.
k) We are not registered under GST compliance, and therefore, no GST bill will be provided.
l) Once a case is approved / started, it cannot be cancelled. If cancelled charges are applicable to get back the device.
m) Data will be made available only after full payment of receipt.
